The self-service area enables library users to loan their own books, magazines and other library materials.
Don’t worry as the Library staff will still be on hand to issue books and assist library users. We are excited to offer this service and hope it saves you time to enjoy the library even more!
INSTRUCTIONS

Have your Library Card ready;

Ensure you are on the Auora Loan screen;

Scan the barcode on your Library card;

Scan the book barcode located either on the front, inside or back of the book.

A receipt of your loan will be emailed to the address saved on your Library membership.
OTHER OPTIONS

Search the catalogue;

Reserve books or maintain your library card;

Search State Library of Queensland catalogue.

Make a list of your favourite authors and series.
